ezra noel (he/him) is a brooklyn-based theatre-maker, web designer and drag artist (you can also call him captain von strapp). he has collaborated on developing new works of theatre with the new york theatre barn, breaking the binary theatre, the trans entertainment guild, floorwork arts collective, and various third spaces with his wildly talented pals & peers.

as a transsexual performer, he intends to reclaim bodily autonomy by prioritizing somatic intuition and grounded physicality in his process. his goal as a storyteller is to create characters that explore queerness, parasocial relationships, and the inherent performance of self in an age of curated digital identity and convenience. he strives to produce pieces of theatre for the tumblr kids of the world.
